Luke is the CEO of Tugboat 3D Printing, where he also manages all social media accounts and writes the company’s curriculum. In addition to these roles, he oversees the company’s technical operations, including websites, email systems, and general troubleshooting, and helps wherever support is needed.
Luke was the first person at Tugboat to become involved in 3D printing, beginning in 2019 when he received his first printer, an Anycubic Mega S. At the time, he had little experience and did not yet understand concepts such as bed leveling or slicing software. After stepping away from 3D printing for a period, he returned to it in 2022. This renewed interest eventually led to the creation of Tugboat 3D Printing and its YouTube channel, marking the start of the company’s growth and educational focus.
Outside of 3D printing, Luke enjoys using a Cricut machine, playing hockey, skiing, hiking, making videos, and coding. He has a strong interest in technology and engineering, and his long-term goal is to become an aerospace engineer.

Ethan is one of the founders and owners of Tugboat 3D Printing and is involved in community outreach and networking for the company. He helps represent Tugboat 3D Printing at events and works to build connections with others who share an interest in technology and 3D printing.
Although Ethan was the most recent founder to begin working with 3D printing, he had known about the technology for many years. His role allows him to support the company by interacting with the community and helping spread awareness of Tugboat 3D Printing. As the youngest member of the team, he believes he contributes just as much as everyone else and takes pride in being professional and dependable.
Outside of 3D printing, Ethan enjoys playing hockey and football with his friends. In the future, he plans to become a pilot and is preparing to begin flight lessons to work toward that goal.

Bryce is the Chief Operations Officer at Tugboat 3D Printing, where he is responsible for company communications and customer support. In this role, he helps manage daily operations, answers questions, and ensures that customers receive the support they need.
Bryce became interested in 3D printing after seeing Luke’s printer and developing an interest in the technology. He purchased his first printer, a Neptune 2S, on October 19 and spent several hours assembling it. Unfortunately, the printer did not work properly and had to be returned. About a week later, he received a Neptune 3, which he built immediately. This time, the printer worked successfully, and he completed his first test print, marking the beginning of his journey in 3D printing.
Outside of 3D printing, Bryce enjoys spending time with friends, swimming, and riding his bike. As Chief Operations Officer, he plays an important role in the company’s operations and continues to be a valuable member of the Tugboat 3D Printing team.
